1. HOT YOGA IBIZA
Founded by Sebastien Carincotte in 2009, the Hot Yoga studio feels modern, airy and energetic. It has been accredited with being the most beautiful yoga studio in Europe by its growing loyal bunch of international followers, visiting yogis and guest teachers alike. In a prime location on the outskirts of Ibiza town (with plenty of free parking), the centre is constantly adding to its repertoire. In addition to hot yoga Sebastien also teaches traditional fast-paced Ashtanga and the all-new Hatha-based Core 40 without heat. Classes take place on a new vinyl foam floor ensuring all movements are easy on the knees, spine and joints. During the hot yoga classes, a high tech system ensures fresh oxygen is regularly pumped into the room. Everyone is welcome at Hot Yoga Ibiza – all ages, sizes and levels of experience. Holidaymakers, drop ins, bikini body seekers and serious students looking for annual memberships are all equally welcome.
The Price: Single classes are 25 €, for the full range check the website
Top Tip: For the Hot Yoga classes it is recommended that you enter the heated studio 15 minutes before the class starts to allow your body to acclimatise.

Krama, taught by Kinan, aims to safely increase flexibility; build core stamina, improve posture, promote deep awareness, control and manipulation of the subtle body and all muscle groups, balance power with ease and enjoyment in postures; remedy/correct injuries, blockages and long-term disabilities; and develop a balanced, meditative practice that is deep, subtle, restorative and powerfully transformational to the mind, body and spirit.
