Popular with surfers but beautiful for sunbathers as well, the white sand and refreshing water attracts all people ready a fantastic holiday. Recognized as the “silver coast” of Portugal, it is set between two hills, and only accessible by a winding road.

Praia do Castelejo

Beginners to expert surfers alike will enjoy the pure and refreshing water, and the comfortable seclusion of the cliffs surrounding the horizon. No distractions of large resorts and villas provide a restful and relaxing holiday.

The Beiras

Although a popular destination for surfers looking for some wild waves, this beach’s cold water temperatures does not attract swimmers. Even so, it is situated right next to a town, making it is easy to grab a bite to eat and meet the friendly locals.

Praia do Zavial

Any surfers willing to escape from the massive crowds will surely enjoy the sheltered, sandy cove of Praia do Zavial. A wooden walkway leads to restaurants overlooking the roaring waves and warm sand, where you can relax and have a cold drink.
