Major productions take place every term, while pupils can take advantage of individual LAMDA and instrumental classes. Additionally, eight different styles of dance are offered as well as a range of musical ensembles that includes orchestras, choirs and a swing band.

Pupils from the school also enjoy national success in hockey, swimming, cross country, athletics, biathlon, tetrathlon and riding.

All young people are encouraged to take part in team sports and have the full support of a team of talented coaches.

Outdoor pursuits on offer include kayaking, diving, mountain biking, climbing and riding, while the Duke of Edinburgh Award scheme is open to all.

Three single sex boarding houses accommodate senior pupils at Queen’s College. Modern and well-appointed, each boarding house has a family atmosphere and the welfare of each pupil is closely supervised by Houseparents and tutors.
