The luxury villa is situated in the private suburb of Son Vida, nestled on a hill above the largest golf resort in Majorca, the Arabella Golf. The golf course has a total of 63 holes and it’s just about 2km from the villa’s front door. There are several restaurants and bars, as well as a Tennisclub a few distances away from the villa.

Even though Villa Estelle has a relaxed atmosphere, there are several things to do for people looking for something active. The luxury villa also features stylish interiors with high-quality furnishings and modern amenities. It has an elevator and intelligent house management system software that makes everything more luxurious and comfortable. With iPads, guests can control the whole villa and enjoy their vacation just the way they like.

There are five bedrooms that can accommodate up to 10 people. Four bedrooms are on the upper floor. The master suite is 90 sqm with a luxurious bedroom, bathroom and dressing room - all overlooking the green landscape. Second double bedroom has en-suite bathroom and two additional double bedrooms share a bathroom.The fifth bedroom is located in the guest apartment. 

The ground floor has a spacious living room with sitting area, fireplace, dining area and the open high-tech kitchen with access to the terrace, lounge and pool area. Library with floor-to-ceiling windows and bookcases, as well as a guest toilet. And from here you can enter to covered terrace with large sitting area.

Villa has a large fitness and wellness area with modern facilities including sauna and whirlpool. Well-manicured garden, a large infinity pool with salt water surrounded by picture-perfect meadow, deck chairs and an outdoor shower create perfect spot for relaxing moments during sunny days.

Cala Major is the most popular beach located in the Southern part of Palma. This long sandy beach is very popular as it’s very close to the town centre and it’s protected from the Northern winds, even during winter period. There are sun loungers and parasols available to hire for you to enjoy fully the spirit of this typical local beach.
