The modern villa with minimalistic design is on shore above the sea providing impressive sea views and a private beach literally few steps down from the lowest terrace. If you don’t feel like to go on the beach, this first terrace has an infinity swimming pool and proceeding one level up, it will bring you to the outside Jacuzzi and outdoor lounge area on the second terrace.

The property is formed by 2 houses. The main villa offers a spacious living room with a dining room and a gourmet kitchen on the ground level. Here you will also find a wine cellar with a great selection of tasty wines. A Master bedroom with living area is on the first floor and three other double en-suite bedrooms are on the second floor. It has a living area of 790m2. The connected 290m2 guest house leads to the smaller privacy of three bedrooms, living room and fully equipped kitchen. It could be ideal accommodation for your staff or guests. Bedrooms in the main house have all terraces and one of them has access to the 200m2 sun deck.

Beach Info:

You can’t really spend a day on the rocky private beach as it invites mostly for a quick jump in the sea. However, if you plan to enjoy Majorcan sun together with its vibrant beach atmosphere, you can hire sun loungers at the Camp de Mar 180m long sandy beach or you can visit nearby beaches of Ses Dones, Paguera or Sant Ponsa.
