Villa California is a luxury rental residence spread on 17,000 m2 of land with a gorgeous garden and trees just 3 km away from Playa de Muro beach in the north of Majorca island. Palma de Mallorca is 60 km away and the closest supermarket is about 4 km away.

Property:

The minimalistic interior design with floor-to-ceiling windows will be the first element you fell in love with. Modern and retro furniture, art pieces, indirect lighting and open plan make it a comfortable living for 12 guests with possibility to add 2 more guests. And even if hot days in Mallorca invites to spend a major part of the day outdoors by the pool or on the beach, this villa will always give you a feeling of free space and cool temperature indoors as well.

In the main house you will find two living rooms. One has a dining table for 12 people with possibility to add more chairs. It has access to the pool and terraces, and you can also enter into the kitchen with smaller dining area and the second living room with a fireplace.

There are two double bedrooms with en-suite bathroom on the first floor. 

The pool house has 4 bedrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen connected with a dining area and a living room. If you are planning any event, apart from a spacious outdoor area with several seating options, you can also use a gallery - a separate open space house with a 125 m2 of space located right next to the main house.

Pool & Facilities:

You will never get bored here. On the top floor of the main house you can exercise in the fitness room with a fantastic view from the terrace. The swimming pool has an impressive size of 20 x 10 meters. You can also organize a little match as there is a sport field of size not less than 40 x 20 meters. Basketball or soccer? Just name it!

Beach Info: 

As mentioned, the beautiful sandy beach Playa de Muro is only 3 km away. It's the largest beach in Majorca ideal for families for its shallow waters and kid-focused activities. Restaurants and onsite facilities are not missing.
