The villas are on a prime location in Torres Vedras with the untouched beach on a 5 minutes’ walk and it is situated across the street from the 5-star hotel. The Lisbon International Airport is less than a one-hour drive away.

Property:

Each of these two eco-technological villas is designed to provide calm atmosphere fulfilled with close feeling of the nature. Classic wooden finishing and rustic wall hangings make the interior design warm and unique. Based on 2 floors, the residence offers you an accommodation for 6 guests.

The first villa (214 sqm) has a bedroom with a bathroom in an annex. 2 other bedrooms are located on the first floor of the main house and both have private bathrooms. The second villa (196 sqm) is ideal for those who need to work on their holiday and will be pleased with a smart office space in the privacy. All 3 en-suite bedrooms are located upstairs. The top floor provides you with an elevated beautiful view of the ocean.

The ground floor has the main living area, fully furnished with a fireplace, a dining room, and a fully equipped kitchen. It leads to the outdoor terraces and garden with barbecue.

Pool and Facilities:

You can have fun and swim in private 46 or 47 sqm swimming pool. If you fancy more wellness, you can use your free access to hotel’s SPA.

The villa is not only fully furnished with high-end tech but also completely secured with a full fledge security system. Villas are using an alternative system for cooling and heating to follow their sustainability policy. If you are travelling with little children, you might take into consideration that villas are not ideal for you due the open space architecture and no possibility of pool fences. However the pool has a cover to avoid any falls.

Beach Info:

The peaceful beach inviting for long walks is just a stroll away through the dunes. You will never find it crowded since this beach is away from the small town of Santa Cruz. More active sea lovers can enjoy surfing at the closest beach, Praia da Vigia. It is less than 2 km away.

Dining & Activities:

Expect regional delicacies, organic products from hotel's vegetable garden and fresh homemade products delivered every morning at the villa.

Dine and watch the stars with your family at the garden’s dome or at the hotel's Restaurant (only for people over 16 years old), or even at Noah Surf House and Noah Beach House Restaurants. You can also get private lesson of yoga, grab the picnic basket and explore the hideaways of surrounded nature or engage in the activities available at Noah Surf House. Everything to provide the precious feeling of time stopping.
