The plush Villa Carlotta Botanic Gardens are less than two kilometres away, as is Villa Balbianello, which is famed for its summer concerts overlooking the lake.

The picture-perfect resort villages of Bellagio, Varenna, and Menaggio are all just a quick boat ride away.

Malpensa Airport is about 1 hour (80 km) away by road.

The four-storey Art Nouveau building has been recently renovated in an eclectic mix of vintage and contemporary style. Whitewashed walls, oddball ornaments, and hyper coloured furnishings evoke a distinct new-age Italian flair, while expansive leafy gardens and sweeping lakefront views entice you to linger outside.

A 100 m2 fully-equipped kitchen is on hand to cook up a tasty meal, and the stylish common areas boast designer furniture and creative modern art.

Each of the nine well-appointed rooms comes ensuite except two double bedrooms sharing a large bathroom. The Master bedroom boasts a walk-in wardrobe, two lake-facing balconies, and an elegant Carrara marble bathroom. The tenth bedroom is in the cottage and it could be a great hideaway for teenagers or seniors since it has its own kitchen. 

Pool & Facilities: 

High-end recreational facilities abound inside and out. The recently constructed heated indoor pool with large sliding doors is perfect for summer or winter laps, and there’s a well-maintained private tennis court for when you fancy playing the beautiful game.
