With 10 bedrooms spread over four floors, this stately 900 m2 manor provides ample space for larger groups in search of an elegant country escape. Renovations of the 19th century home were carried out with great care in 2006, ensuring its old-world charm would remain remarkably intact.

Mosaic floors, marvelous frescos, and plenty of polished wood characterise the house, in which antique furniture and antiquated artwork can be found throughout. A grandiose marble fireplace adds exclusivity to the central living space, while the kitchen comes complete with modern appliances and a retro touch.

The larger suites feature their own private Jacuzzi, and the other quarters still retain their original ensuite bathrooms.

Directly outside lies a lush 30,000 m2 park, while the glistening Lake Como can be found just metres away.

Villa Preziosa features a picturesque 10 by 6 metre pool which lights up as the sun begins to set. Naturally, it's surrounded by ample umbrellas and sunbeds so that guests can relax in comfort or work on their tan.

Fancy something a little more active? The onsite tennis court is a picturesque place to practice your serve, while the fitness room with a Technogym will help you burn those calories away.

Inside, a heavy wooden eight ball table gets plenty of use after a beer or two. If wine is more your style, you’ll be spoilt for choice at the downstairs cellar that’s been stocked with the finest Italian wines.
