The nearest town, Pienza, is 10 minutes away while the nearest golf course is just 20 minutes away. Florence and the airport are a 90 minute drive away.

The property has a main house with 7 bedrooms and an annex with 2 more bedrooms. All the accommodation features ensuite bathrooms and very comfortable furnishings.

The main house also has a modern kitchen, a dining area, a cinema room, and an exquisite wine cellar.

Outside, guests can relax in a marvellous garden and a heated 12mx6m swimming pool with fantastic views. There is also a dining area with a kitchen, a BBQ, and a fridge.

Children can also have the time of their lives thanks to a wonderful playground area featuring among other things a wooden playhouse, a slide and a swing. They can also play football in a superb five-a-side football pitch.
