This elegant holiday house is decorated in the traditional Tuscan style and is located in a dreamlike landscape. The historic town of Capalbio is only about four kilometers away and the beach is also just 7 kilometers away. The estate also includes bicycles, which can be used to explore the wonderful surrounding nature and the nearby beaches.

The summer house accommodates up to 10 people and most bedrooms have access to private balconies. The ground floor houses a modern, well-equipped kitchen leading to a lounge room with dining area and a cozy fireplace.

In addition to balconies, there is a unique outdoor area with terraces, garden and a large swimming pool. Sun loungers can be enjoyed around the pool and one of the terraces has a dining area equipped with an outdoor kitchen ideal for alfresco meals.

Guests can also dive into an inviting indoor pool located in the ground floor which boasts a comforting atmosphere that will help them recover after long days outdoors.
