Villa Niki is situated in the picturesque village of Vourourou, in the Halkidiki region of northern Greece.

This beautiful villa is surrounded by palms and has direct access to the private beach with crystal clear waters of the Aegean Sea. 

The closest airport is about 1,5 hours away (Thessaloniki).

Property

The property consists of a 3-storey main house and two separate bungalows located next to the villa. With a capacity for 16 adults and 4 children, it is the perfect retreat for you and your whole family.

The spacious living area features an elegant modern décor with comfortable furniture and a flat-screen television, while the fully-equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing delicious home-cooked meals.

All bedrooms come with en-suite bathrooms and most of them are situated over two floors in the main house. Bungalows have one suite each and fully equipped kitchen as well.

Pool & Facilities

Villa Niki has two large heated pools and beautifully maintained outdoor area, perfect for relaxing not only on hot days. 

For an intensive indoor workout you will find a professionally equipped fitness room with a large glass front. After that you can relax your muscles with a soothing sauna visit in the private wellness area.

You will never get bored in this villa! You can play volleyball or tennis on the floodlit tennis court while your children explore a playground with climbing frames in the sandbox next to the sports fields.

Beach Info

Enjoy your private beach with sun loungers just few steps from the villa. If you want to explore more of the area, you can take a trip to a beautiful island of Diaporos and its famous Blue Lagoon.
