Property

The villa has nine stylishly appointed bedroom suites for large families, group of friends, weddings and company events. The property is divided into the main house (The Mansion) and two villas (Zakynthos and Kefalonia), with elevators connecting all floors.

The entry level has a living room with a small kitchen, dining room and fireplace. The main bedroom en-suite with a bathroom, a shower has a terrace and garden access with sea and forest view. There are two double bedrooms each with en-suite shower and garden access while the game room comes with garden access, music and film libraries, table games, table football, table tennis, and billiards. On the same floor are three toilets, indoor pool and fitness room.

The main level has a dining room, living room, kitchen with bar, separate toilets, pool with sea and forest views. 

There are four double rooms with en-suite bathrooms and king beds on the garden level. Guests have access to a living room with kitchenette.

Zakynthos and Kefalonia Villas offer a private living area, each with one en-suite bedroom.

Pool & Facilities

The villa’s pool has perfect characters for kids activities or a great pool party as it is 100sqm large and only 1,6m deep. In addition, comfortable daybeds and a pool bar with bartender staff will ensure that every generation of your group will be satisfied.

The wellness area on the lower level has a steam bath with two showers, a laundry room with a toilet, wine cellar, shower and toilets for the pool area and terrace with a waterfall and garden. The outside lounge has a dining area with barbecue inviting for the long evenings outside while watching beautiful sunsets.

Beach Info

This luxury property is reaching the sea. The private area on the beach is about 500 metres from your rooms and you can expect a sandy beach with sunbeds and umbrellas  – it is called for a reason the Golden Beach! In the public areas of the beach you will also find a beach bar to have some drink or summer lunch.
