Villa Corinthia is located in a picturesque area, 150 metres away from the sea in the Gulf of Corinth, close to Loutraki.

The interior fits perfectly with the surroundings that are enveloped by manicured lawns, landscaped gardens, and green hedges. The individually designed nine bedrooms can take in 16 guests comfortably at once.

The villa has a living room with a modern dining table, an open kitchen, and fireplace. On a lower level is an entertainment area that is accompanied by a bar.

There is an equipped office on the top level if you want to login to the outside world. All through the villa, there is Wi-Fi, a telephone line, satellite TV with Greek and international channels and air-conditioning.

A double master en-suite with a large balcony and a fireplace is on the first floor while two children's room with shared shower room and balconies are on the same level. The ground level has two double bedrooms with en-suite shower rooms and access to a garden. There is also another double bedroom, apartment with separate entrance, shower room, bedroom, and kitchenette on the lower ground level.

The property is surrounded by a 4000sqm plot of land, which contains several gravel paths and two lawns. One of the footpaths leads to the ocean with a calm and serene beach. There is a well-manicured garden featuring a vegetable garden, several fruit trees, olive trees and a variety of fresh and sweet-scented plants.

The outdoor area also features a covered barbeque area suitable for al fresco meals at any time of the year. The BBQ area has a traditional oven, a fridge, and an automatic BBQ to create delicious meals. The area is well-lit by night spotlights, which covers even the bar zone.

Villa has a large swimming pool with sun loungers where you can enjoy the sunshine in the spacious environment.

The multifaceted property has also a wellness area with a plunge pool and a sauna on the same level. For guests who love sports, there is a tennis court with night lights and a basketball corner for them to enjoy.

Beach Info

There is a little nice beach right under the villa, you will reach it on foot just following the foothpath. Just remember to bring your own beach amenities to enjoy its secluded setting fully!
