The villa has a beautiful surrounding with a private heliport, an elevator and a variety of superb amenities.

The 900sqm luxury villa comprises of two-level main building and two guest houses, designed with Greek marble with a touch of the ancient Greek era.

There are two beautiful living areas with terrace access and a fireplace on the ground level of the main building, close to the dining area and a fully-equipped kitchen.

The villa can comfortably accommodate 10 guests in its five stylishly designed bedrooms. There are two rooms with a guest WC on the ground floor of the main building. The room has a double bed, a sofa, and two other twin beds. The master bedroom is on the first floor and it features a king-size bed and a sofa bed. Each of the guest houses has a double bed, and one has an additional sofa bed. All the rooms in the villa feature a variety of modern amenities including air conditioning system or ceiling fans, televisions and en-suite shower rooms, as well as access to the terrace.

Pool & Facilities

Villa Aeneas has several outdoor relaxation areas with beautiful views of the surrounding. There is an extra large infinity pool with a magnificent sea view surrounded by umbrellas and sun beds on the pool terrace. There are several verandas and pergolas, a barbeque area and an outdoor lounge area for relaxation.

Beach Info

Even if the enormous infinity pool will keep you fully satisfied with swimming and relaxing in absolute privacy, you can also enjoy to spend a day on one of the beaches in Parikia, which is about 6 km away. The closest beach is a little Parasporos beach with clear waters, sun loungers with umbrellas and cute beach bars.
