Villa Olivia has 560sqm living space across four levels with a spa area, spacious living areas and six suites with one additional single bedroom that can accommodate up to thirteen guests.

The main and pool level has a well-furnished living room, full equipped Gaggenau kitchen, dining area, cosy sitting room and access to the terrace. The suites are en-suite with sunset, mountains and sea views from the terrace. The Jacuzzi level has double rooms with en-suite bathrooms, relaxation and living area, outdoor Jacuzzis and terraces with sea view. The Spa level has the Turkish bath, heated outdoor spa pool, fitness room overlooking the beach, glass sliding doors onto the terrace, barbecue massage area and a double room with en-suite bathroom.

The villa has an organic garden for pure relaxation and under the pergola and by the pool, you can have your breakfast. 

For the outdoor, there is a covered dining area above the pool with sea views, two pools and a lounge for a sundowner.

The long sandy Ftelia beach is only 800 metres away. This peaceful beach is famous for its soft sand and it is very popular among windsurfers because of the Meltemi (Cycladic wind coming from the North). Azure bluewaters and unspoiled nature are the charasterics of this place, so don’t forget to bring your own beach amenities!
