The luxury villa features cosy seating areas, beautiful terraces and a spacious pool area, offering panoramic views of the blue sea. The villa is a beautiful summer residence with five tastefully decorated bedrooms that can take in 10 to 12 people.

The main building's pool level has an open, fully equipped kitchen; double bed suites with en-suite bathrooms, pool terrace access and work area while the ground floor has double bed suites with en-suite bathroom, sea views, and private verandas. The guesthouse's pool level has a double bed suite with bathrooms, sea views and private terrace.

It has spacious outdoor areas offers a warm and cosy ambiance just like the interiors, equipped with hammocks, barbeque, and small seating areas.

Even if the beach is nearby, you might spend hours relaxing in the large infinity pool with the incredible sea view and its sun loungers.

There is a private chapel for intimate wedding ceremonies and a parking spot in the outdoor area.

Agios Ioannis, the most beautiful beach on the southwestern coast, is just 300 meters away. Unique atmosphere, the spectacular view of the island Delos and the crystal clear blue waters make the beach even more tempting. The beach has sunshades and sunbeds and you can refresh yourself or get a summer lunch  at on of the beach bars.
