Property

This classy villa comprises almost 400 square meters containing all the amenities like flat screen TV-sets, audio equipment and WiFi. The traditional architecture is perfectly combined with a modern one. The former olive oil factory was restored completely under control of Greek Archeological Department.

The entire house has air conditioning and its four bedrooms offer place for 12 people. 

Apart from an excellently equipped kitchen the house has a billiard room and a wine bar with 900 l Cabernet Sauvignon!

If you need to work during your vacation, you will be pleased to find a work space on the mezzanine level.

Pool & Facilities

The vacation house overviews an amazing bay of Rethymnon, the view is to enjoy at its utmost from a terrace with pool. The terrace itself has numerous sun loungers and a dining area. This is the right place to get pampered by the mild local climate under the shining sun.

Villa is located approximately 7 km from long sandy beach Adelianos Kambos (or Adele Beach). It is very well organised with umbrellas, lifeguards, changing rooms or showers. Numerous beach and water sports are available.
