The villa is located in the city centre of Split. All the city’s attractions are within a walking distance. The elegant house has several balconies giving a chance to enjoy in full terrific views over the sea and magnificent city.

Despite its centric location the villa is placed in a quiet nook surrounded by an amazing garden. In the garden one can enjoy a big swimming pool and a cosy terrace with sunlounges and dining area. It goes without saying that the terrace disposes a modern barbeque grill designed to have typical Croatian delicacies cooked on it.

The spacious villa offers over 200 square meters of living area and extends over three floors. This vacation house has a completely equipped kitchen, three double bedrooms and one single bedroom at your disposal. The house can accommodate up to seven people for a relaxing dreamlike vacation in Croatia.

Great location, elegant villa+

A perfect place to stay if you would like to explore the city! All the major attractions are just within a short distance. We enjoyed the beautiful sea view and the cityscape views from the balconies in the villa. One of our highlights is the pool in the garden. We spent quite a lot of time there. The rooms are spacious and clean, the kitchen is well equipped and we enjoyed some delicious meals over there.
