CONCIERGE EXCELENT.
PEOPLE IN THE SKI ROOM, IT WERE MUCH BETTER YEARS AGO. THEY LOST SKIS, THEY LOST BOOTS, AND CHANGE THEM. THE BOOTS AND SKIS ARE TOO OLD. I DIDN'T LIKE ANYTHING IN THIS DEPARTMENT.
