The hotel is near the centre of Kitzbühel and the Kitzbüheler Horn ski resort.

The Hornbahn 1 gondola and the Unterberg ski run are a 7 minute walk away and the Hahnenkamm gondola is a 20 minute walk away.

Additionally, winter trails can be accessed directly from the hotel.

Built on a hillside on private grounds, the hotel enjoys immaculate gardens, panoramic mountain views, clean alpine air and a high degree of tranquillity, yet it is easily accessed as the train station is only 1.4km away.

Several golf courses are within driving distance, the closest being Golfclub Kitzbühel-Schwarzsee (5 km).
