Head Chef Miya Gunji leads his team of culinary prodigies in its open show kitchen, whipping up tasty treats using raw and marinated techniques. All these juicy handcrafted creations come from freshly sourced ingredients and pack a tempting blend of acidic and sweet flavours.

The other in-house venue is the Eden Restaurant and Bar, where all-star Executive Chef Marco Ortolan runs an open show kitchen on the ground floor. Marco has worked at top dining digs from London to Hong Kong and Buenos Aires, and he brings his cosmopolitan expertise to every dish. Expect an international menu with a succulent Italian tint.

For drinks, both restaurants have classy bars and an extensive wine list. A DJ spins trendy live tunes downstairs at Eden every night after dinner.
