A luxury hotel and chalets, high in the mountains near Zermatt, that captures the informal, personal approach of a family-run business, but with all the luxuriousness of any five-star grand hotel.

You can choose from 3 sub-positionings with differentiated services.

Rooms & Suites

CERVO Mountain Resort offers 54 rooms & suites with 5-star or 4-star services.

The Huntsman Lodge (5*) consists of 3 suites and 1 room and it could be booked with a private chef and a chalet butler.

Alpinist (5*) comes with 35 suites and rooms.

The Nomad (4*) has one suite and 12 rooms to choose from.

The Overlook Lodge (4*) is located 250 meters below the CERVO and is ideal for families looking for a stay in the apartment.

Every room offers unmatchable views of the Matterhorn and the surrounding mountains from their lavish and sumptuous comfort.

The original chalet dating back to 1950 now contains the reception, lobby, bar, and restaurant.

Pools & Facilities

The Mountain Ashram Spa is inspired by Bhutanese hot stone baths, Japanese Onsen and northern European saunas.

Here you will be on a journey to your inner being. You will benefit from fresh spring water, precious local herbs and centuries-old traditions.

You can enjoy a heated outdoor pool, a gym, yoga and Pilates sessions, as well as various unique treatments and rituals.

Try to spend some time in the unique tea yurt or with sound meditation to relax and fully recharge.

CERVO has also a gym and an indoor climbing wall.

Food & Drinks

Gourmet dining reaches new heights at the CERVO restaurant, where only the finest ingredients make up the exquisite Swiss dishes served in the charm of the interior or on the heated terrace with astounding Alpine panoramas.

Thank you to all the Staff at Cervo for making our holiday extra special. We are privileged to stay in many hotel around the world but can honestly say Cervo is our favorite. It feels like home. It’s like a buffet of our favorite things, Food, Ski, Wine, Après Ski, Music and Friendly Staff. Cant wait to return. Counting down the days Cervo Fan Dennis and Liezel V. Our stay at the Cervo had everything we could wish for when it comes to skiing, apres ski, relaxing, and enjoying good food. Cervo’s lovely staff made sure we felt welcome and right at home. Even when it came to my food allergies: nothing seemed to be a problem. (the latter (for me) is a huge achievement. Amenities were excellent and chalet spa was in pristine condition. Would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for either a romantic and a relaxing stay, an unpretentious yet exclusive active holiday, or all of the above if you don’t want to choose . Will visit again soon!

I sent you an email last week. Refer to same. Unique and excellent Very picturesque Beautiful design and individual drinks. Excellent. Breakfast outstanding. As good if not better than any other breakfast I have ever had. We ate in the Ferdinand's Restraunte. The design and decor is amazing. A thing of beauty. We personally don’t like the concept of cooking our own meat on the grill. If we had know in advance we would have eaten in Puro. That’s is the only negative. Perhaps it should be made clearer to guests of the concept. The food was still very good. Again design, decor and most of all the attention to detail is hugely impressive. This was a key factor for us. The only thing I would like to see is that if you could leave your ski’s and ski boots in Cervo when staying in the Overlook. I would be willing to pay for this service and it would be a concern when recommending the Overlook. The price is expensive but quality costs money. Beautiful design and decor.
