Vals is famous for its mineral-rich natural springs, which have long been used for therapeutical purposes and serve as the foundation for the hotel’s Therme Spa. Popular activities in the region include hiking and skiing.

Arriving here from the Zurich International Airport will take two hours and 15 minutes by car.

The hotel can send a limousine or a helicopter at extra cost to pick you up from the following airports: Geneva, Zurich, Bern, Basel, Lugano, Altenrhein. Other locations in Switzerland on request.

7132 House of the Architects is the four-star wing of the 7132 Therme (five-star wing is the 7132 Hotel) and stands out from the rest for its ultramodern, almost space-age-like design.

Each petite 20m2 room has been crafted by one of four esteemed architect - Ando, Kuma, Mayne, and Zumthor - and comes complete with a king-sized bed, WiFi, and top-shelf ESPA body products in the en-suite bathroom.

You can choose from 73 rooms in the following designs:
- Ando: A homage to the Japanese teahouse with a stylish contemporary twist.
- Kuma: A cosy cocoon style room complete with homely Swiss oak interiors and a sleek glass panel partition.
- Mayne Wood: A unique spatial experience with three-dimensional layered wood panels and a standout shower as the centrepiece.
- Mayne Stone: Similar to the Mayne Wood, but with plush quartzite slate in place of layered wood
- Zumthor: Stucco lustro plasterwork combined with hand-painted curtains of Habotai silk.

7132 House of the Architects enjoys unrestricted access to the Therme Spa’s numerous pools: the outdoor pool (36°C/ 30-33°C, winter/summer), the indoor pool (32°C), the spring grotto (35°C), the fire pool (42°C), the ice pool (14°C), the blossom pool (33°C), and the sound pool (32°C).

Food & Drinks

After you’re done soothing your soul in the spa, head to the hotel’s 2-Michelin-Star 7132 Silver to satiate your stomach.

Another superb gastronomic experience can be found in the 7132 Red, with mouth-watering French and Italian dishes prepared by superstar chef Ulf Bladt (don’t miss the flambéed Crêpe Suzettes).

If you’re looking for a more laidback, family-friendly meal, the pizza pies at 7132 daPapà and the burgers at the 7132 Glenner will hit the spot.

For an elegant high-tea, come to the 7132 Blue Bar on the weekends to sample its savoury and sweet delicacies.

You’ll also find a range of exciting cultural events at the venue, which is a great place to stop for a cocktail thanks to its master mixologists and gorgeous valley views.
