SHA Residences is located on a beautiful mountainside, overlooking the Mediterranean Sea.

It boasts 11 luxurious residences featuring a wide variety of modern facilities such as hammam, saunas, Turkish baths, fitness room, treatment cabins and private cinema room.

Each residence is designed with full sustainability and incorporated with renewable energy, water recycling systems and environmentally friendly materials.

SHA is a wellness clinic dedicated to improving people’s health and well-being through a fusion of ancient oriental disciplines and revolutionary western techniques.

The aim of SHA is to ensure that all guests enjoy a pleasant stay and leave looking and feeling younger and healthier.

Guests will experience a fundamental change in their bodies, improving their quality of life, slowing down the aging process and preventing illness.

There are three main areas at SHA: The SHA Method, anti-aging and aesthetics medicine.

The SHA Method is based on an intensely purifying, well-balanced diet which is mainly based on cereals and pastas, seeds, legumes and fruits and seasonal vegetables, always using organic and ecological products, tailored to individual needs and combined with natural therapies.

The Aesthetics Medicine Unit works alongside the Anti-ageing Unit with the shared aim of preventing the signs of aging and treating its visible signs, using the most innovative non-invasive techniques.

SHA medical area can boast distinguished professionals, up to date with the very latest techniques in specific fields: preventative medicine, sleep-recovery, anti-tobacco, regenerative medicine, ophthalmology, dental aesthetics, cognitive development and brain stimulation, as well as healthy-aging and aesthetics.
