The hotel is located in the heart of the Kitzbühel Alps, just seven kilometres south of the legendary Gamsstadt (Chamois Town) Kitzbühel.

The slopes are just short walking distance away from the hotel´s perfect ski-in / ski-out position.
It is only 2 hours drive from Munich and 1,5 hours drive from Salzburg Airport.
