Location:
The chalet resides in Maielsgrund, just two minutes’ drive from the sought-after Gstaad ski area of Eggli. The pine-studded Saanenland Mountains wrap around the property.
In winter, Gstaad offers a vast network of adrenaline-pumping trails to cater to beginner and expert skiers alike. The warmer months see hikers, bikers, and climbers come to explore its picture-perfect peaks.
Gstaad hosts fun-filled activities and events throughout the year—volleyball/tennis tournaments, music festivals, horse-drawn sleigh rides, and more. The nearest airport is in Sion, about an hour and a half drive from the property.
Property:
The newly constructed chalet features traditional Swiss alpine architecture, with hand-hewn wood comprising the walls, ceiling, and floors. Modern design elements like glistening marble tiles, velvet draped furnishings, and low-key downlights add a contemporary touch.
The three-storey chalet spans 400m2 and has six bedrooms, affording ample space to accommodate 12 guests. Each storey is segregated into a self-contained apartment-style dwelling.
On the top floor, you’ll find three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Below that, there’s a cosy open-plan living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen. Earthy natural hues create a sense of calm while floor-to-ceiling windows open out onto a balcony for breathtaking views.
The ground floor features another stylish living space and kitchen, which connect to the leafy garden outside. A crackling fireplace keeps everyone snug on those frigid winter evenings.
One indoor parking spot and five outdoor spaces ensure there’s plenty of room for cars and other vehicles.
Spa & Wellness:
The chalet has a sauna on the ground floor to soothe your aching muscles after a strenuous day at the snow.
