Location

The Christiania Residence is brand-new development, a luxury complex of apartments located very close to the centre of Zermatt. It is 500m to the Matterhorn Glacier Paradise which gives direct access to the main ski area and the slopes.

Details

The building is a combination of 7 apartments with a total of 24 bedrooms and it can accommodate about 48 people making it perfect for a large family or a corporate group. The penthouse has a dining room table that's able to accommodate 26 people. All the bedrooms are designed with maximum comfort in mind and have TV and Safes. They have super king-size beds that can be split into doubles or twins. Most of the rooms have shared or private balcony with stunning views of the Matterhorn. The bedrooms have their own TV apart from the TV in the living areas.

There are also some entertainment facilities like a cinema room on the top floor. A lift runs through the building and it gives access to all floors.

Wellness

The spa facilities include two outdoor hot tubs on the ground floor and a very large Gym where guests can stay fit and a massage room where guests can get a massage. All of which are on the ground floor. There's also a sauna on the third floor and a central ski room which has private lockers for all apartments and heated boot warmers.
