Located just two minutes from the popular Schlossköpf Chairlift, you’re all but guaranteed to make first tracks of the day at Nidus Residence. If you’d like to partake in some après-ski action, then it’ll take you just 10 minutes to stroll on over to central Lech.

Guests will arrive from Innsbruck Airport in one hour and a half by car.

The Nidus Residence is a brand new property, featuring an enticing blend of traditional timber materials and chic interior design. Apartment 2 lies on the bottom floor and sleeps up to eight discerning guests in comfort and style. The lux master bedroom and one of the doubles feature ensuite bathrooms and direct access to the balcony that boasts sweeping Albergian views. The other two doubles, which you can rearrange as twins on request, are tastefully decorated and share a spacious bathroom with two washbasins.

Socializing is a pleasure to be savoured at the elegant open plan living and dining space. Floor to ceiling windows afford superb mountain views, while plush grey couches face a giant TV set alongside a liquor cabinet and a roaring fireplace. The stylish dining set hosts up to 10 guests. Apartment 2 features a private ski locker and a warming rack to stash your gear at the end of the day.

Spa & Wellness

The Nidus Apartment 2 doesn’t have a spa facility, though guests can pay an additional fee to use the facilities of one of the day spas in Lech, for example of The Day Spa at the luxury Hotel Aurelio.
