As part of the stylish Balegia Residence, the apartment is less than one minute’s walk away from the Schlosskopf chairlift. If you’d like to check out the Après ski action at the Lech alpine village, rest assured that it’s only seven minutes away on foot.

It will take you one and a half hours to arrive from Innsbruck Airport.

Property

Located on the second story of the Balegia Residence, this stylish and spacious property has enough room to host up to eight guests across four en-suite bedrooms. All en-suites feature Acqua di Parma toiletries and a hot shower, bar one which is bathroom only.

Each guest room can either be a double or twin upon request. Some feature floor to ceiling doors that open out onto a pretty balcony with breathtaking mountain views.

The open plan living and dining space is the ideal spot to unwind. Its proud centerpiece is the cozy gas-powered fireplace that’s nestled underneath a large flat screen TV. Velvety tones on the couches and quality timber complement the plush minimalist design, while floor to ceiling doors allow plenty of sunlight to flood in.

Stow your skis in the communal locker at the end of the day, being sure to put your boots on the heated rack to warm them up for the next morning.
