Property

Situated on the second floor of the Balegia Residence, this spacious four-bedroom apartment hosts up to eight discerning guests in utmost style. Each bedroom adheres to the property’s chic minimalist design, where velvety textures and an uncluttered layout combine to great effect.

The larger master bedroom boasts its own private sauna to soothe those aching muscles at the end of a long day. Each other guestroom can be set up as a twin or double on request.

Three of the four rooms feature a lux ensuite bathroom with a scolding hot shower and Acqua di Parma toiletries; the fourth ensuite is bathroom only. Some rooms boast floor to ceiling doors that open out onto a scenic balcony.

The open plan living and dining space centers around an inviting gas fireplace nestled below a large flatscreen TV. Timber walls and flooring, velvet-clad furnishings, and sliding floor to ceiling doors complete the scene.

Next door is a kitchen with enough modern appliances to satisfy any self-caterer.

Guests enjoy full access to the ski locker, where heated racks are available to ensure your boots are nice and toasty warm for the next day.

Apartment 3 features it’s very own private sauna attached to the master bedroom. If you’d like to mingle with other guests, you’re free to make use of the communal sauna as well.
