CONCIERGE EXCELENT.
PEOPLE IN THE SKI ROOM, IT WERE MUCH BETTER YEARS AGO. THEY LOST SKIS, THEY LOST BOOTS, AND CHANGE THEM. THE BOOTS AND SKIS ARE TOO OLD. I DIDN'T LIKE ANYTHING IN THIS DEPARTMENT.

Our only slight dissatisfaction would be breakfast.
There doesn’t seem to be enough staff on early and to pay of few euros extra for this and that at a five star hotel is unique!
But the fact we are returning in two weeks times says it all!

We have been coming to La Sivoliere for four years and previously the food has always been excellent. This year the food at dinner was very poor. It was as though the financial budget was too low. Some of the vegetarian dishes were tasteless and uninteresting. Fanny's casserole was always very disappointing, for each of the six nights of our stay. The dinners were so bad that we are thinking if Chef Fanny stays we may need to consider staying another hotel in Courchevel next year. The cheese trolley was good, and the bread was very nice. Every night that we tried the veloute it was insipid, had no taste and the large quantity of thin cream in the middle made it look (and taste) like a flavourless bowl of milk and water. The best I can say about Fanny's cuisine is that is was a bit boring and tasteless. Sometimes the dishes were worse, and I didn't even eat them as they were an odd mix of ingredients and very tasteless.
