A lovely stay but we would not come again because we loathed the piped music at breakfast and the over-amplified live music in the otherwise wonderful cocktail bars. Why must guests be assaulted by noise?

Staff as always are excellent- Just let down by Breakfast on Sunday in Restaurant being very slow, which I acknowledge we did get an apology from the staff and management- In order to give you the the appropriate feedback to instigate the necessary change the quality of the Savoy Breakfast also wasn’t good - My son made the comment to me that a Whetherspoons breakfast was far more enjoyable at a fraction of the price. We have stayed at comparable hotels in London and around the world and can say that your breakfast experience is lagging behind by a long way - I hope you will take these points on board as we really do enjoy staying here.

There was a misunderstanding on my part about the 'winter warmer' package. I thought 20 percent off BAR was a discount on bar bills associated with our stay. Megan checked us out and was extremely understanding and kindly applied the discount to our bar bill. I have always been impressed with your staff's attitude towards guests.
