Hotel Belvedere Grindelwald

The Belvedere Hotel is really a wonderful place for view, space and service! Very thoughtful, helpful and friendly staff. Those who are prone to dizziness or vertigo, however, should keep in mind that Grindelwald is 1000 meters above sea level. I did not know that and had to cut short my stay there because I had a bad spell of mountain sickness. I left this marvelous place and its beautiful people with great sadness, because it was absolutely dreamlike.

Tremendously friendly and comfortable hotel with excellent food and service. We have stayed at the Belvedere several time and never fail to enjoy the experience. The staff are so friendly, accommodating and willing and able to offer device /guidance on local events.
