Everything about our stay was fantastic. The room, food, and of course the staff. We absolutely loved our accommodations and would most certainly come back. Thank you!

I sent you an email last week. Refer to same. Unique and excellent Very picturesque Beautiful design and individual drinks. Excellent. Breakfast outstanding. As good if not better than any other breakfast I have ever had. We ate in the Ferdinand's Restraunte. The design and decor is amazing. A thing of beauty. We personally don’t like the concept of cooking our own meat on the grill. If we had know in advance we would have eaten in Puro. That’s is the only negative. Perhaps it should be made clearer to guests of the concept. The food was still very good. Again design, decor and most of all the attention to detail is hugely impressive. This was a key factor for us. The only thing I would like to see is that if you could leave your ski’s and ski boots in Cervo when staying in the Overlook. I would be willing to pay for this service and it would be a concern when recommending the Overlook. The price is expensive but quality costs money. Beautiful design and decor.

I'm almost 10 years in Zermatt during New Year season and CERVO is the main hotel for my family I would expand the wine card Our room had lack of wardrob place: even for 2 adults it is only 1 place in the slipping area with a wardrobe - it is too small...
