I wanted to stay at 7132 since Zumthor built the new therme complex and it was worth it. The hotel is beautiful and the personnel is extremely kind and helpful, that really makes the difference. Food was more than perfect, the room as well. When the concierge told us that no phone and no cameras where allowed in the SPA I was so happy: privacy and quietness are more than a plus in such a relaxing place.

Having been previously a guest in the hotel, it was not easy to understand from the Internet what has exactly changed. We wanted to be in the main building of the Hotel as in the past and did not understand what was considered as "the house of the architects".Now we know !! The architecture of the refurbished rooms in the Hotel is very good and light. We had the opportunity to visit some rooms in the house of the architects and some are really very nice (Ando & Kuma), the rooms in red Stucco from Zumtor is wonderful, some other are for us too dark (Mayne) The "blue salon" is during the day as well at night very comfy and the view on the fumoir at late afternoon/evening very nice and inviting. The buffet for the breakfast is just PERFECT after an hour spent in the Therme (we really appreciate the quietness of the Therme at 7.30 am in the morning). We also appreciate the well being after a nice and very professional massage in the Spa in the late afternoon and before an excellent dinner à la carte in the 7132 Red Restaurant (wonderful products, very good service and nice mostly Italian waiters), just missing a little a bigger selection of red wines by the glass. All together a very good experience again, even if the prices are quite high and sadly do not encourage to stay for a longer time, unfortunately...But at the end, we are sure that we will come back for a few days...
