I loved my very short stay at Monte Rosa Zermatt - from the pick up at the station, to the greeting from reception, and the room itself - everything was warm and welcoming. I wished I was staying longer - it had such a lovely atmosphere! I'll definitely be back to stay again. Thank you so much!

The staff of the hotel is charming, attentional and empathic. at the reception, Daniela does an amazing job to make us feel like at home. She is a great asset for the hotel. We like the charm of tradition mixed with modernity Nice atmosphere. We love "our" room 606!! Perfect location in the centre of Zermatt Fast, efficient and friendly. The access to the spa of the Mont Cervin is a big plus. Perfect size, view, comfort

The Monte Rosa is our preferred choice in Zermatt. From the moment we arrive at the train station, where we are greeted by Luis, until the time comes for us to leave we are incredibly well looked after by the entire staff. Daniela is magnificent at taking care of all our requests, big or small. The rooms are well-maintained, comfortable and spacious.

The hotel has the best atmosphere, staff is very serviceminded and have the best attitude; especially the reception staff. We love to be welcomed in the most friendly way. And the hospitality is beyond our expectations very year The only minus would be the breakfast which we find kind of boring. Best every year However we do miss Hans - who is now in the little bar down the street. we only have breakfast in the hotel Lovely in every aspect very central - lovely with the open space right en face All staff is very helpful and friendly - and humorous We did not go to the spa. However; us being two women in the suite could use more than one of the shampooes, shower caps, etc etc. However the bathrooms are very lovely. Lovely, very clean, fresh - and very comfortable beds
